Kristen has her B.S. Degree in Early Childhood Education and has been an Early Childhood educator for nine years. She has always had a passion for teaching our youngest learners. Kristen has taught Pre-K, Kindergarten and First Grade, and is excited to begin this new chapter with Fundamentals. Kristen is a learner at heart and is anxious to learn with her new family.

Michelle has a M.S. Degree in Educational Technology and holds a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education with a Kindergarten Endorsement. Michelle has taught Early Five's, Kindergarten and First Grade over her 22-year teaching career. Michelle is excited to begin a new learning experience with Fundamentals.
Executive Lead/ Atelier
Jordanne is attending college to obtain her degree in Early Childhood. She is also the mother of a 3-year old spirited son and enjoys learning! Jordanne is looking forward to the knowledge and experience she will gain while working with the different age groups in our learning family.
Lead Preschool Teacher
Alyssa comes to Fundamentals with a B.S. in Earth and Planetary Sciences. She has had many opportunities to work with children. Alyssa worked at San Juan College's Child and Family Development Center while attending college. She also worked at the library in the children's department for four years where she developed activities and stories for the children's story time. Alyssa volunteered at local schools in Guatemala and Peru during summer beaks while attending school. She is excited to meet all learners and watch them on their journey of growth, development and discovery. We feel very fortunate to have Alyssa as a part of our team!
Assistant Preschool Teacher
Chantal has begun her course work in Early Childhood Education. She brings experience as an assistant in an elementary school as well as tutoring experience from Sylvan Learning Center. Ms. Chantal has a very nurturing and calm personality which all our little learners gravitate to.

Michelle is currently obtaining her CDC and has worked several years in another child center. She was privileged to work with children of all ages from 12 months to early fives. Michelle is looking forward to gaining experience with children and working in a positive work environment. We are excited and blessed to have Michelle join our Fundamentals' Team!
Lead Transitional PreK Teacher
Deanna joins Fundamentals with her A.S. degree in Early Childhood and Human Services Criminal Justice. Deanna previously worked at a center here in Farmington. She is an active volunteer with the Court Appointed Special Advocate Program (CASA). Deanna has also worked with children ages 5-17 in the Boys and Girls Club. Deanna is excited to implement the Reggio philosophy and to experience the positive changes Conscious Discipline will make in children. She feels truly blessed to be part of our team, and we feel the same way about her.
Lead Toddler II Teacher
Deirdre has her A.S. Degree in Psychology and joins us with a wealth of experience. Deirdre has worked at another center here in Farmington and enjoys the youngest of learners. She brings her fun and energetic personality to our family of learners and learns the "language" of our little learners very quickly. We are very happy to have Ms. Deirdre join our family of learners.
Assistant Toddler II Teacher
Tempe was born and raised in Farmington. She spent the past five years in Colorado, where she got into the childcare field. Tempe studied criminal justice and is thinking of changing her major since her interests have now changed. Tempe enjoys hiking, backpacking, camping, cooking and crafts. She also spent the past three years volunteering at animal shelters and is a dog lover. We are happy to have Tempe's kind and nurturing disposition helping our little ones.

Lindsey has her A.S. Degree in Human Services. She has worked as a student intern at San Juan College Child Development Center. Lindsey has a fun, bubbly personality which our learners gravitate to and she has bonded very quickly with our little learners. We are excited to have Lindsey join our learning family.
Lead Waddler Teacher
Please welcome Kaitlin to our learning family! She has experience with children as a volunteer in our public schools. Kaitlin has a 3-year old daughter and is looking forward to the opportunity to work. and learn with the learners in our school.
Lead Infant Teacher
Tina comes to Fundamentals with her CDA. She brings many years of" experience having owned her own "in home" daycare I California, working with the Head Start program, and raising six children of her own. Tina is excellent at bringing a nurturing and calm environment to our smallest of learners. Tina provides our babies with lots of love and cuddles. She enjoys interacting with our little ones and helping them to grow and learn through songs fingerplays and stories. We are very blessed to have Tina at Fundamentals.
Adrianna has worked with many children during her senior year at Crown Point. She enjoyed helping children with their homework and helping keep them safe. Adrianna is looking forward to learning more about the Reggio philosophy and how to help children grow mentally and physically. We are excited to have Adrianna join our learning family.
Toddler Floater /Sub
Vanessa is currently enrolled in classes for Human Services. She is looking forward to the opportunity to be a good role model for our young learners and to help build a strong teaching team at Fundamentals.
Kendra is currently enrolled in college for Occupational Therapy. She has experience as a pre school teacher and has worked summer programs for children as well. Kendra also volunteered at a pre school in Nye County. She is looking forward to helping our children learn and grow. We are happy to have Kendra join our learning family.
Shaleesa is currently attending college to obtain her degree in Psychology. She has lots of experience with children and she babysit her 6 nieces and nephews quite often. Shaleesa is looking forward to meeting all our new families and making memories with our little learners. We are excited to welcome Shaleesa to our learning family.
Rita has her A.S. degree in Early Childhood Education. She has more than ten years working with children and is a mother to a 3-year old daughter. Rita is looking forward to utilizing her experiences to work with children and help them grow and learn.
Valerie has her A.S. degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked with children and families in the Parents as Teachers Program. Valerie is looking forward to working with the children and families at Fundamentals. She eajoys engaging children;s minds and helping them to learn and grow. Valerie is excited for the opportunity to unite with our sta-P.P and communicate as a team.
